| Time Tracker v1.5 is a
custom database for a business application designed to track
employee times on a daily and weekly basis in an environment where many
employees frequently change job and work locations as in the construction
business. |

| Days of the week and Dates are automatically updated each day by
association with the computer clock. |
| |
| Employee work hours are automatically set to "no entry" for each
day unless an entry is made. |
| |
| An unlimited number of employees and job sites may be added to each
independent database as well as removal of an employee or job site listing
when no longer needed. |

| Employees may be sorted by name, job title or management level. |
| |
| Employees, not in use, are stored in the unused employee pool for
easy visual access and transfer when needed. |

| Employees may be transferred between job sites or from the unused
employee pool by "point and click" action while hours worked on a job site are
automatically discontinued on the previous job site once a transfer is made. |

| Employees may have an alternate employee number for various
tracking benefits. |

| Employee records may contain notes for personal references such as
phone numbers, ssan, etc. |

| Job site records may contain notes such as address location and
driving directions. |
| |
| Numerous optional report features available on the Report menu.

| Reports may be saved to a file and or printed as needed. |

| Employee daily time records may be cleared en mass once the weekly
report has been created and saved. |

| Optional sounds available for functional acknowledgement. |
